There are several incidences where Transasia has been phenomenal with the services, there is one particular incidence that I remember which happened a couple of years back wherein we had a breakdown at 8:30 in the night and we being a 24-hour lab and we need the service urgently so we called the Transasia Service engineer and they were available at the lab within an hour`s time and they came and sorted the issue, so that was really an exceptional service by them. Transasia has been providing products across various segments, not only biochemistry but also coagulation and serology also. We have been using a lot of their Elisa and biochemistry and their quality is at par or even better than what other global manufacturers are offering and that makes a world of difference to us as a laboratorian to provide service and that too in healthcare. We initially started with initial offering with semi-automated biochemistry analyzer, eventually, we started using the cell counters then we went in for fully automatic analyzers and to date, we are using the fully automatic Biochemistry and coagulation analyzers and the Elisa kits.
